Studies show that students do much better in school when their parents are actively involved in their education. 

We want to invite everyone to be part of the PTA, regardless of your child’s age, your language spoken, your time commitment or your personal beliefs. The PTA is for every parent, friend and teacher at our school and we really hope to see you at our meetings (free childcare provided), events, or in the classroom!

OUR GOALS FOR THE SCHOOL:

• To continue to build stronger bonds between our English and Spanish speaking families.
• To branch out and do more community projects and teach the children that there are ways to give back while having fun.
• To focus on raising funds to support the PTA sponsored programs: Music, Art, Library, Physical Education, School Directory, Field Trips, Character Development Programs, Classroom Supplies,Graduations and other special needs.
• To encourage all parents to volunteer some amount of time and/or resources toward the betterment of our children’s learning environment.

Los estudios muestran que los estudiantes trabajan mucho mejor en la escuela cuando sus padres participan activamente en su educación.

Queremos invitar a todos a ser parte de PTA, independientemente de la edad de su hijo (a), su lenguaje hablado, su tiempo de compromiso o sus creencias personales.

 PTA es para cada padre de familia, amigo y maestro de su escuela y realmente esperamos verte en nuestra reunión (se ofrece cuidado de niños gratis), eventos en el salón de clases!

NUESTROS OBJETIVOS PARA LA ESCUELA:

·       Para continuar conla construcción y lazos  fuertes entre nuestras familias de habla hispana e Ingles.

·      Paradiversificar y hacer más proyectos de la comunidad y enseñar a los niños que hay maneras de dar mientras se divierten.

·      Concentrarse en recaudar fondos para apoyar los programas que patrocina PTA como Música, Arte, Biblioteca, Educación Física, Directorio escolares, excursiones, programas de desarrollo, útiles escolares, graduaciones y otras necesidades especiales.

·      Alentar a lospadres  para ser voluntarios una cierta cantidad de tiempo y / o recursos hacia el mejoramiento del ambiente de aprendizaje de nuestros hijos.
